Sometimes referred to as the gateway to Western Sonoma County, Sebastopol is a small semi-rural community with a bohemian vibe. Located at the intersection of the Bodega and Gravenstein Highways, between Santa Rosa and Bodega Bay, Sebastopol was once a farming town known as the Gravenstein apple capital of the world. Today, although many of the apple orchards have given way to vineyards, and stylish wine tasting rooms and trendy restaurants have opened their doors, Sebastopol still celebrates its agrarian heritage.
